It is our standard procedure to grant full refunds for OTA activities (Training Classes, Events and Meetings) registration fees where notice is received 10 days or more prior to the activity. Cancellation Policy: New Member Applications
It is our standard procedure to grant a full refund for membership dues paid upon application, where member rescinds the application within three (3) days after payment. No cancellation policy for insurance because we do not collect insurance premiums from customers. Premiums are paid directly to the insurance carrier.
