OTA has been servicing the needs of the state's trucking industry for 60 years. OTA is the only organization promoting and protecting the interests of the entire Oregon industry before the legislature, administrative agencies and courts. The Association is an authorized provider of both state and county permits. OTA also provides many services, including insurance and training, which improve the efficiency of its members' operations.

Membership Categories

 

Carrier Membership

Any reputable person, firm, co-partnership, partnership, limited partnership, or corporation engaged in the transportation of property or passengers by motor vehicle or other conveyance over the highways, roadways, streets and thoroughfares of the State of Oregon, who is in accord with the purposes of the Association and desires to assist in furthering its activities, shall qualify for carrier membership in the Association. Both carrier and supplier members are eligible for all benefits provided by the Association Dues are as follows.

 

  • Owner-Operator - $205
  • Small Fleet (2-5 trucks) - $310
  • Six or more trucks based on annual mileage
    • 0-500,000 - $465
    • 500,001-750,000 - $620
    • 750,001-1,000,000 - $825
    • 1,000,001-2,000,000 - $1030
    • 2,000,001-3,000,000 - $1235
    • 3,000,001-4,000,000 - $1445
    • 4,000,001-5,000,000 - $1650
    • 5,000,001-6,000,000 - $1855
    • 6,000,001-7,000,000 - $2060
    • 7,000,001-8,000,000 - $2575
    • 8,000,001-9,000,000 - $3090
    • 9,000,001-10,000,000 - $3605
    • More than 10,000,000 - $4120

 

Supplier Membership

Any company that provides a product or service to the trucking industry and is in accord with the purposes of the Association and desires to assist in furthering its activities shall qualify for supplier membership. Both carrier and supplier members are eligible for all benefits provided by the Association. Dues are as follows.

 

  • National - $475
  • Regional - $360
  • Oregon Only - $260
