Below is a sample of the types of permits we can issue:

 

Oregon Continuous Operation Variance Permits (COVP) - Annuals

  • Extended Weight
  • Over Size/Over Weight
  • Long Logs, Poles & Pilings
  • Non-Divisible Length

Continuous Trip Permits (CTP) Annuals

  • Triples
  • Provisional Extended Weight - Non COVP (Faxable)

  • Lumber/Plywood/Veneer in Multiples
  • Implement of Husbandry

 

 

  • Request permits by phone, fax or email. You can also drop by the office - walk-ins are always welcome!
  • Permits can be New Issues or Renewals
  • Permits will be issued the same day if requested by 4:00 PM
  • OTA can transmit permits to DMVs and Ports of Entry
