Seven Feathers Casino Resort, Canyonville, OR - January 25, 2018

This year marked the largest mixer yet, with nearly 200 attendees from Oregon and beyond! John Maketa, author and public speaker captivated the audience with his presentation on Charting the Course Through Demographic Change. We look forward to seeing everyone next year!

  • 2018 Trucking Legislative Reception

Amadeus Restaurant, Salem, OR - March 1, 2018

OTA board members met in Salem for a day at the Capitol where they met with legislators and listened to presentations. Afterward, everyone gathered at Amadeus Restaurant to conclude the 2018 short legislative session. The event was also a (secret) tribute to Bob Russell, OTA's Vice President/Government Affairs, who unofficially had announced his retirement last fall. A few legislators spoke about their experience working with Bob, and some even came prepared with a musical tribute! Bob was a true asset to OTA, and he will be missed. We wish him the best of luck in all his future retirement adventures!
