  • 2019 68th Annual Convention

    Salishan Resort, Gleneden Beach, OR - September 25-27, 2019

    Leaders in the trucking industry gathered on the Oregon Coast for the annual meeting and to hear from a series of speakers from all across the US on the state of the industry, the economy, legislative affairs, HR topics, industry image, and regulatory changes. OTA would like to thank Diane DeAutremont, President of Lile International Companies, for her leadership as OTA Chair for the last two years and welcome Andy Owens, CEO of A & M Transport, our new Chairman! Attendees got plenty of opportunities to network, learn about products and services from allied members, and even got some laughs in during Greg Warren's comedy hour at the Awards Banquet. Also at the banquet, three OTA members were recognized for their outstanding service to the industry, the association, and the community. Congratulations to the following:

  • 2019 Oregon Truck Driving Championships

    Reddaway, Portland, OR - June 8, 2019

    Congratulations to all our drivers that placed! All first place winners in each category are eligible to participate at the 2019 National Truck Driving & Step Van Driving Championships, hosted by the American Trucking Associations August 14-17th in Pittsburgh, PA. We are highly impressed with the level of skill these drivers demonstrated on the course and know that level of safety is demonstrated on our roads. We are excited to have these top drivers represent our state.
