Emergency waiver for motor carrier hours of service in response to inclement weather
Due to severe weather conditions, an emergency waiver for motor carrier hours of service has been issued to expedite the movement of groceries in and out of northwest Oregon.
Please be sure to read the waiver in full, as you are subject to the restrictions and conditions therein.
The waiver is effective immediately and shall remain in effect for 72 hours, until 6:00 P.M. (PST), February 26, 2023.
