Commerce and Compliance Division’s 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey is now open. The survey will be open through the month of June.
Commerce and Compliance Division (CCD) staff and management monitor several performance measures, adjusting programs and processes as needed to ensure they are meeting agency and division goals.
The survey will take anywhere from 2 to 25 minutes to complete, depending on which set of questions apply to you and your business for last year.
