All Service Moving announced plans to electrify its Oregon fleet in 2025. The company secured significant grant funding to purchase 19 electric Freightliner moving trucks and 4 Tesla semi-trucks. This shift was made possible largely by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), which has contributed more than $8.5 million to different initiatives that lower diesel emissions. A grant of $2,760,660.36 was awarded to All Service Moving for their project, which entails swapping out nine outdated medium-duty diesel moving trucks for zero-emission electric models.
